The best way is for you to go to try outs and play in places where as much people as possible can see you (u never know when someone will be scouting). If you have talent you will be chosen to train with a good team. Dont expect a pro Team of the premier league letting you train with them immediately, you need to go step by step and pass through several teams before playing at the most competitive level. Some players are born with natural talent and luck, and those are the ones that since they are 16 play in great teams in Europe.

Play as much as you possibly can, indoor, outdoor or in the park. When your not playing read up and memorise the rules on the FIFA website. Choose a player and aspire to be like them. Watch all their games and mimic their style or parts of it, then when you have enough skill discover your own unique way of playing.

When you feel confident with your skill level either talk to your coach or go and find an agent or someone that can keep you up to date in tryouts for teams around your area. These are the places where most players get picked up by scouts.

If you don't go well the first time keep trying until you do.
