how do you tell what difficulty cod 2 is in?

So, i've been playing Call of Duty 2 for a long time. never finished the campaign, so its 4 months im into it, so i wanted to know what difficulty im playing on. Anyone knows how to check on that?

Before you start up the file, it should say on your file what difficulty setting it's on.
