Gwen looked lovely and she seems very down-to-earth. I've never seen any interview with her, other than the tabloid magazines, so I have a whole new prospective on Gwen.
Sanjaya - you've got to give him credit where credit is due - no one has ever come out on "American Idol" purposely looking the way he did, so I'm sure that the hair stylists are having fun with making his hair into different styles and versions to see just how far they can take it. You have to admit - Sanjaya is a good sport about the whole thing and I think that he purposely pokes fun at himself.

I thought she really looked prettier than normal since she had very little makeup on. It brought our her true beauty. It showed how really pretty she is. I was surprised. Plus she seems so very, very nice.
My grandsons really like Sanjaya but they are only 12 and 9. He has a nice voice but doesn't project it well and there are so many other contestants who should really qualify for top winner, in my opinion, even though I think Sanjaya is a sweet kid.
