I am in the market for a used AWD - can anyone recommend a reliable make/model? I'd prefer a car/wagon but a small SUV would be okay, too.

truthfully right now i would recommend a Subaru or a newer ford escape that would be two of the best ones right there too choose from,good luck.

Do you have a preference on the price range?

For higher priced ones, the BMW 3s and 5s have Touring models (wagons); which they automatically come with AWD.

2007 Ford Fusion - V6 AWD - Car
Subaru - all of them.
Ford Escape
Ford Edge.

Stick with out of America cares...
I find american cars to be fix or repair (almost) daily...

Subaru is good..
if you have the money, Nissan Skyline..

but subaru would be a good bet

Subaru - any of them will go anywhere anything else will, but they won't go to a gas station as often.
