I HIGHLY recommend the IUD. That is what I have, and it has been VERY effective where I got prego on birth control twice before. Personally, I feel that 22 is too young, but it's really up to you. You can always do the IUD, it lasts like 10 years, then you can be sure when you tie your tubes it's really what you want.

I don't think you are too young to have your tubes tied. I think my mother was 24 or so when she got hers tied and she had 4 kids at that time. If you are positive that you don't want any children anymore, then sure, go ahead and get your tubes tied. If you happen to change your mind later on down the road, you could always get your tubes untied, but sometimes it takes a while to conceive a child after your tubes have been tied for so long. I just say think about it and make sure this is what you really want.

Good Luck

Pls consider this carefully before you do it! It easy to get tubes tied but difficult to reverse.. think abt the complications and additional money spent.

Are you not using contraception? If you don't for religious reasons tying your tubes would count as a form of birth control as well.

If your sure you want to, go for it! You already have 3 children and if your sure thats it, I dont see a problem! If you get them just tied, and not cut burnt and tied, it can be reversed anyways if you change your mind. good luck!
