i suggest u at least put the location and number of rooms, so ppl will be interested. how about start calling a few Real-estate agent. They always have a few clients on hand looking for flats. Good Luck!

Check if you have stayed in your flat for 3 years or more.
Even if you sell now, it will take 3 months to complete sale.
Contact agents to seek potential interested parties.
There are other ways to raise money:
CPF account?
Loan?
Insurance?
