How does Justice wargrave pretending to kill himself in the book connect the book of genesis. it says something about the red brand of a cain on his head. please help make this conection, its killing me

It's been awhile since I read it, but I think I remember Justice Wargrave was described as a hanging judge. The reason he was "killed" was because he sinned against his fellow man by sentencing them to die. He fakes his own death so he can continue killing the rest of the guests without being suspected of killing them. He used this "mark of Cain" to show that his "death" was a righteous act and meaningful and therefore, believable.

I haven't read the book ,'and then there were none'. I have read Genesis. It refers to two brothers, Cain and Abel. Cain was jealous of Abel and killed him. When God asked Cain where Abel was, Cain uttered that infamous line, "Am I my brother's keeper?"
Anyhow, Cain was banished and sent away with 'a mark ' .
It doesn't say what kind or what color, only that he was marked.
Does this help at all with Justice Wargrave?
