No. There are not enough resources available for both sides to win. That is the fundamental lesson of economics. Take a particular struggle. I won't mention the names, but this is happening right now. One country will win if it survives. The other will win if the first country is obliterated off the map. How can both countries win?

Simple answer: no.
It's not about (win)-(win); it's (win)-(lose).
Sometimes, it's (lose)-(lose worse).
No matter what, it's about people who don't have to do the fighting, starting the fights, and people who do the fighting who are out there getting killed because some blowhard thinks he has the right to make other people do what he wants. He can't convince them, so he has his hired guns try to beat them up.

You can not negotiate with someone whose religion orders them to kill all that do not believe and follow their laws.
It has been tried many times, and they always go back on their word because they claim to be fighting for a higher power.
Do you think the term Jihad just means they are mad?

No. It takes 1 to make war but 2 to make peace. There will always be that 1.

Gee, I guess everyone should just TALK their way out of being robbed, mugged, raped, murdered....if you give in completely, willingly, does that make it a win-win?
