It is 21 on all U.S. based carriers, same as it is on the ground (even on international flights).
Lets imagine an airline would modify the drinking age in flight, would they have to take your drink away when you crossed into a different country with a higher drinking age?
So, U.S. Carriers have stuck with the 21+ age.
Now, unless you are flying 1st class... the airline will not serve drinks unlil you are in the air anyways.

well i would think that it would still be 21 because your on an american airline but if your actually in canada or a canadian airline it would only be 18.

I don't know for sure.
But I do know that if it did, it would also have to do with what providence you went to.
Not every providence in Canada has a 19 drinking limit.

if your going to any country other than USA it changes, if your leaving to go to USA it's 21.
it doesnt matter what airline your on.
