In all honesty they BOTH work, you just need to decide which one works better for you. There are more pros to the ovulation microscope than the pee sticks. Such as:

-most come with warranties
-98% accurate in determining a woman’s time of ovulation.
-Uses no chemicals or messy urine tests.
-A natural and effective fertility predictor that may be used with other contraception methods such as IUDs and condoms.
-Clinically proven accuracy in predicting a woman’s best time to conceive.
-Is less expensive than a fertility monitor, and far less than the cost of annual supplies of urinary fertility kits.
-Has no refills to buy, no parts to replace and includes long life (15 year) battery.
-Lets you keep the results for days.

The problem I had with the pee sticks was because it was detecting hormones in the urine I would sometimes miss ovulation, When I got the microscope I could clearly see the change in three stages...non-fertile, transitional, and fertile. I don't know if it was just my time or what but I am pregnant now! Good Luck n Lots of babydust to you!
