After how many miles should i change the timing belts on my 1999 Honda Accord?

honda reconmend 100,000 miles .. don't forget to replace water pump ,cam seal,crank seal,balancer shaft seal ,and drive belts.. it's cheaper to replace all now than more later

1000K Miles or if you notice cracks or the belt fraying ....
