Which companies can you trade foreign stocks in real time such as Scottrade?

most of the "deep discount" brokerages only trade in US and Canadian stocks...at least, at their basic level

if you pay up and us their more sophisticated levels, more options are opened up to you...
but to play in "real time" with any house sounds too much like what used to be called "day trading"....
VERY RISKY !!!!
any major brokerage house -excepting most of the deep discount ones-will have a real time option level....

be afraid, be very aftraid....
