He closed his country for the world, he destroyed the economy, he caused two wars (you could even say 3), he stole A LOT of money feom his people and sent it to banks in Cyprus and Switzerland, so it's very difficult to get them back.
Those are just few of many many things that made him a bad ruler. Believe me, I live in Serbia

Didn't help Serbs in Bosnia-Herzegovina or in Croatia. Shook hands with the dictators of these countries while Serbs were still held as prisoners at their horrible concentration camps. And didn't allow his political party's newspaper to publish anything bad about Penis Clinton, when the later visited Yugoslavia in ether late 1995 or in 1996.
