Almost all pet shops these days have hamsters on sale.
You could try Pet Safari at East Point or Vivocity.
Pets Kampung in Great World City, or Novena Square or head down to Serangoon North Avenue 1 or Serangoon Gardens. These places have quite large pet stores that will have more variety for you to choose from.
You could also look at Yahoo!Classifieds. Go to the pets section and then small mammals. Many owners are usually trying to sell off their baby hamsters quite cheaply.
