Unless your earphones have been inserted in your urethra or somewhere else that the sun doesn't shine. What is the the relevance to mens health, you lazy bastard?

Look Nachito if your earphones are still under guaranty just go to the web site of apple and tell them what's the problem so they will send you a new set, but if you are under age ask you parent because they ask for an credit card, but if you send back the earphones on certain lapse of time they don't make any charge to the card.

Why are you asking this in Men's Health?
E-mail Apple support and ask them. I doubt they will, though. They are pretty cheap to replace. Try getting a higher end pair. They have reviews on Cnet.
