Yes, prenups are valid. But you always have them drawn up by an attorney and yes, the courts uphold them. Now the real question here is, if you love and trust this person, why would you even consider a prenup if you are unsure of this person you are going to marry. Don't you realize that you are already thinking about divorce before you are even married. When you think and speak you are putting those vibrations out in the universe, and my friend, your words will not return void. So, becareful what you think and say for that is exactly what you will attract and manifest. And if you have to do this..then you don't trust the person you are marrying, so why bother getting married. This isn't what marriage is about.

Yes -- absent fraud, duress, or undue influence, prenuptial agreements are usually enforceable in court.

Of course, or else there would be no point in signing one. A lawyer would be involved in drafting it, to make sure that it would be valid in case of a divorce.

Uphold = Depends, if it is discovered that there was fraud, coersion, or mental illness then it won't be upheld.

yes they do. why bother? just skip the nuptials and live together with out the sanctimonious bullshit its alot let stressful and you can always part company if things dont work out
