If you are using the most up-to-date version of Internet explorer click the clock with the green arrow in your toolbar or with IE again, go to View > Explorer Bar > History

With firefox, try View > sidebar > History

Hi, go to tool, then Internet options, then the screen shows, "browsing history" click there, "delete history" it lists temporary Internet files, cookies, data, click delete on each and that's it.
