NoAdware is not a anti-virus, it is an anti-spyware and a not -so-very-good one at that. Avoid it.
1. For your Anti-Virus......(Always use only 1 A-V)
I like the AOL ActiveVirusShield. Don't let the name AOL scare you. ActiveVirusShield is made by Kaspersky which is one of top-rated anti-virus vendors in the world.
In recent tests, the most popular free anti-virus, AVG, was only able to detect about 82% of a very large sample of viruses. On the other hand, ActiveVirusShield was able to detect better than 99% in the same test.
Full test results are here:
http://www.virus.gr/english/fullxml/default.asp?id=82&mnu=82
ActiveVirusShield has excellent virus detection rates and is extremely light on using your computer resources.
Updates many times per day to detect new malware.
Free to anyone, AOL member or not from:

2. For your Anti-Adware and Anti-Spyware needs...............(use 2)
Pick and choose, 2 anti-spywares from the list below and alternate scanning with them on a regular basis. New spywares are created literally hourly, so no single anti-spyware can really detect all malware. Have at least 2 on hand and alternate scanning with each every few days or so. All are free. All can remove as well as detect.

NoAdware is a rogue antispyware program. Meaning it is only good at identifying and removing the money from your wallet.
You may need help removing it. Post back if you do.
If you suspect you have malware on your comp. follow the directions below for removal and it want cost you anything but your time.
Also here is a link to free programs that are tried and recommended by the members of Bleeping Computer.
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic3616.html
Turn off system restore. This will remove all restore points since some are infected and will make scanning quicker. Turn system restore back on after you are malware free.

Remove temporary files, logs, cookies, etc. by using Ccleaner. Do not use "Advanced Settings" or the "Issues" button. Use only the default settings. This will make your scans faster. Run the cleaner again after you are malware free.

Install Super Antispyware. Run it in safe mode. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.

Run the online scan for Bit Defender in normal mode. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.

I'd go with Avast Home Edition for your AV, Sygate Personal Firewall for your firewall, and Ad Aware SE and Ewido for anti-spyware.
links are: http://www.avast.com/eng/avast_4_home.html

http://www.ewido.net/en/download/
Someone suggested SpyFalcon - that's another rogueware program that I'd avoid like the plague, along with WinAntivirus, SpySheriff and the like.
