My wife uses candles but also add baking soda to her mop water she said it just leaves a clean smell with no additives like lemon or pine.

I use Air Wick's scented oil that you put in an outlet. Especially the Lavender smell, it makes the whole house smell so good!
Also, I think it's by Glade, it's the smelly crystal glass square things? Those are amazing too!

Winter time...simmer a pan of water on the stove with cinnamon, cloves, allspice for a while Summertime...open all the windows to air it out. I also like to spray cologne on the lampshades or light bulbs (be careful).

I clean it with Top Job daily and use Lysol spray. You can't cover up odors you have to clean them up.
