Can I collect umemployment in Alabama if he offered me a position that I pnhysically can not do?
My Dr. says I can not stand for more then 30 minutes at a time & I can not drive when it's dark.
he offered me managment but, It is beyond my physical abilities.
I'm not faking an afflition this is for real.
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

show the medical report to your employer and if he fails to accommodate then show that to the unemployment dept and you still will be eligible to collect as long as you save that copy from your doctor and appeal it if you have too! you have aright to collect that what part of you taxes were taken out of checks for

If you have a medical report which is valid according to the procedures about your situation and physical conditions , give this report to your employer.
In that case he or she should be tolerant.
