Mac's have been able to run PC executabiles for some years.
How it's done depends on the model Macintosh.
Motorola processor Macs could run VirtualPC (now rather expensive as MicroSoft bought it out), and there was another similar app, which ran Windows within a window on the Mac Desktop.
Intel Processor Macs can also run VirtualPC, or boot into Windows using BootCamp (you need your own copy of Windows) or Parallels.
There is also beta software, CrossOver, in development which runs Windows executables without having Windows installed.

Mac does no longer run .exe records on my own by using fact it particularly is a abode windows software... you are able to run abode windows classes on Mac or Linux with an app referred to as WINE (WINE isn't an Emulator) yet there are classes that are thoroughly incompatible and don't artwork at the same time as others artwork like a charm and a few form of artwork... to make certain if a software is well suited, purely circulate on the WINE web page
