Rubbing with an sos pad that you normally use on pots and pans should work. Nicotine stain whether on porceline or walls is funny, other than the surface light stains smooth cleaners no matter how strong won't take it off. It is like the tough stains you might get on the walls around a stove or the stuck on stains on a wall excuse me, you know what splatters I'm referring to next to a toilet. Sos pads takes these off and then wash off the dark soap of the pad and clean your sink with your normal cleaner.

Things You’ll Need: * 1 teaspoon liquid dishwashing detergent * 1/2 cup liquid chlorine bleach * 1/4 cup white vinegar Plug the drain and then fill the sink with enough water to cover the drain and the rust stain. Add the liquid dishwashing detergent, bleach, and vinegar in the proportions shown under "Things You'll Need." Leave the solution in the sink over night. In the morning, the stain should be gone. Drain the sink and rinse with hot water.

Try Zud, a powdered cleanser which is great at stain removal. You can find it where they sell Comet cleanser, & other powdered cleansers. That should work but if not, make a paste of Comet, scratch free cleanser & water, & leave on the spot for a few minutes.

Try some of the Clorox gel. Apply it and let it sit on the spot a few minutes and then apply a scrubbing pad to it. That should do the trick.

If they are burn marks you can use an emery cloth and lightly sand. They sell bottles of porcelain paint that you can use to touch up with after using the emery cloth or if you have a gentle touch you may not need to use the paint.
