Okay, I know a lot of people always want to have their way for example children might want to get a cookie from the cookie jar but their mom says no yet they do it anyway, but sometimes feel guilty and tell their mom what they did. Ladies, do you sometimes not want to obey your husband as "the head of the house", but yet deep down inside you think it is the right thing to do? Also, do you feel guilty when you go against your husband's wishes?

I almost spit out my drink when I read this question. My husband and I are partners in marriage and in business. He is not the head alone nor am I. I don't have to obey him nor he me. We both consult each other when it comes to making big decisions. This is the 21st Century.

Hee hee. As if my husband would ever give me an "order" that I would be expected to "obey." Give me a break; mature and loving relationships simply don't work that way. Sometimes he gets what he wants, sometimes I get what I want. Most of the time we both get what we want, as we are journeying through life together, with the same goals. As a marriage should be.

To the people answering PeeWee's questions:

Why do you people continue to answer PeeWees questions when you know he is doing it for attention?!

Why give attention to someone who is acting like a child?!

He has obviously never been, nor will he ever be laid because he lacks the respect or knowledge as to how to keep a woman happy let alone satified.

He probably visits his girlfriend at the end of his arm every night because that's all the action he will ever see in his puny little life.

So when he asks stupid questions like this one, put it into perspective; his hand probably had a spasm from being over worked and he couldn't get it to do what he wanted it to do ( self gratification) so he felt angry and frustrated and decided to take it out on this forum.

Ignore dweebs and they go away. Ignore PeeWee instead of feeding into his little games and he will slither back to his rock where he came from and stay there.

... And to you PeeWee; Am I close?! What's the matter, dearie, didn't Mommie love you?! Ooooh, that's too bad! Sucks to be you!

NO! I listen when I know I should and I follow my gut instinct when I know I should not... Granted the latter was years ago... He is not the same as he was then so now him and I are on the same page... He is not the type to tell me what to do, on every issue... As I am not the type to tell him either... We compliment each other in this respect... That is why I love him so much............ Almost 15 years of being married and we met when I was in high school. Survived things no one thought we could... LOL! Guess this is off the charts of what you were going for...........

Man....I thought it was the law that we HAD to obey our husbands? Are you telling me we can have a mind of our own?? Are you telling me we have a CHOICE? Wow, all this time I obeyed my husband's every command and I didn't have to at all. Yeah right,........I feel so guilty. NOT!

We don't have a "head of the house" in my marriage.

We're each bring something to the table and when we sit down at that table we are equals.
