The obese people are to blame. They eat and eat and eat then blame McDonald's for making them fat. What ever happened to personal responsibility. I knew since I was 6 that McDonald's wasn't healthy for me! I chose to eat it anyway. I do understand that there are some cases were people do have diseases that contribute to their obesity but most people just choose to eat fatty foods and don't work out so it's their own fault. Nobody elses...No one forced them to eat those foods...

The ones who are to blame for America's weight problems are ourselves. We are responsible for what we eat and how much we exercise. It's your own fault if you eat junk food all the time and don't exercise that you get fat. McDonalds or Wendy's doesn't choose what you eat, you do!

Individuals make choices about what they eat.
Fast food exists in every other nation, but you don't see the same obesity problem.

People. Noone makes people eat fat laden food (even though it tastes great..lol) I do not see how people can sue places like Mc Donalds...you can't tell me that you thought french fries were healthy.
