In English, use the double "e" - "fiancee" since the French e accent isn't used.

Fiancée is for female and fiancé is for male. So the first one applies to your girl. These are French terms used on each partner after an engagement.

Unless you are gay then you use fiance as Pinoy suggests. LOL Finacee is used for the bride-to-be and Fiance for the groom-to-be. Groom is the guy, Bride is the girl. Just making sure......
