My son's Apple Ipod nano is not working properly and I of course do not know anything about it. lol...........The battery is fully charged and the hold button has not been pushed but it is froze and will not do anything. Nothing happens when he tries to move around. The screen is lit and the curser thing on Music but it just sits there. It is a newer model just purchased at Christmas time. Can anyone help me????????????????????????????

Hold down the Menu and Center Buttons at the same time for about 7 seconds, this will reset the iPod.

Hold the top button and the center button till an apple icon appears on the screen.
