If and object has a gravitational force of 5 Newtons but if air resistance is 0.5 Newtons what would be the net force?

4.5 since it is calculated force minus resistance 5-.5

I think it would be 4.5 Newtons because 5 newtons would turn into 5.0 Newtons so 5.0-0.5 would = 4.5 Newtons
