HP F340 Won't Print?

Question

I have new HP F340 printer, scanner, and copier. It will make copies and scan but not print. It worked the first 2 or so weeks I had it, but now it won't. I have checked the cables to the computer and it all seems to be plugged in fine.

Also, when I try to download the drivers from the HP website, they keep getting errors.

What should I do?
