I was wondering what vehicles can have a 1972 351 Cleveland mustang mach 1 engine put in? Can other 1972 fords have a 351C put in them?

A Torino would be one I know for sure,had one witha 351 cleveland and a 2bbl.A real tire smoker,I could sit there all day and burn rubber,loads of fun.

The torino had it, the galaxy 500 had it. The country squire station wagon had it, pickup trucks had them. Heck a lot had them. But it was what was not kept that make them harder to find.

Dont let these other bozos fool you, the 351 cleveland was a small block like the 351 windsor and 302. The 351 modified belong to the 400 family which had the C6 and FMX tranny.

ford broncos have them all the time. i have one in my garage right now that has been rebuilt and no more the 400 miles on it. it came out of a bronco at first then was put in a 1972 mach 1. now sits in my garage waiting to be stuffed into my 1993 mustang! oh i cant wait!!

The "Cleveland" was later renamed "Modified". Thus anything with the 351"M" would interchange.
