A few months back I got someone to be a cosigner for my new car, but my girlfriend and friends are high maintenance and I don’t have the extra money for the car’s monthly payments and I stopped paying; of course the cosigner is making the payments every month not to damage his/her credit history. Because he/she is in the title and registration of the car he/she is threating me with a lawyer to take the car away , but I do not believe it and my friends either, they told me I am untouchable and I want to keep the car and I want the cosigner to keep making the payments. How can I make it last?

I hope the cosigner does take the car - you didn't pay for it and your lazy *** deserves to be on foot.

Well if your cosigner is making the payments and U R not, they should have the car. This is a moral issue. Why should they not have the car, if you aren't paying for it? A lawyer can have u removed from the title registration, which is fair. U don't pay for it, you shouldn't have it. Thats not right. Put yourself in their position. Would U pay for someone else car, if u can't have it. Come on. Do the right thing, give up the car, or U pay for it.

Untouchable? Hey, if the co-signer makes the payments, the co-signer owns the car! What kind of leech do you think you can get away with being? Guess what, force the issue, and you will not only lose the car to the co-signer, but you will lose your credit rating, deservedly so. Shame on you for putting your love life ahead of the financial well-being of someone who put their credit on the line for you. By the way, the creditor knows who is making the payments, so don;t think your credit report isn't already noted.

You truely are a low life! I hope the cosigner does get the car. why should they pay for you to have a car so you can have a good time with your girl friend... what kind of selfish person are you? who taught you about responsibility?

Your mother must be so proud of you, or is she the co-signer? You are a jerk, and if I had co-signed your loan, you would be standing on the curb watching your car disappear into the distance.

PS: Your friends are jerks, too!
