It is not a clear answer but some of the worst are the
African Army Ants, tsetse flies, and mosquitoes. African Army Ants eat up to 100,000 animals a day. The tsetse fly is responsible for 66,000 human deaths per year. And the mosquito carries deadly diseases which they pass on to humans.

Dangerous to who?
To humans directly it is far and away the Anopheles mosquito as said above. Indirectly locusts kill lots of people through starvation

I vote for the Anopheles mosquito because it carries malaria which kills more than a million people a year.
