have one funnel, one penny, and a galss of water.
place funnel in pants and play game where you try to get penny into funnel. Somebody will ask what your doing. Explain the game and tell them its really hard. They'll ask to try and will put funnel in pants. When they lean their head back to put penny on chin, quickly pour glass of water into funnel and grab the funnel and run away. It'll look like they wet their pants.

Stick open ketchup (or other red condiment packets) under a toilet seat. When the person goes to sit down...you get the idea. This is really good especially if the person you are pranking is a young girl (preferably one who hasn't had the .)

Here's one I did when my sister was in high school. I had the office deliver a bunch of "Happy Birthday" balloons to her in her first class. Since they were so big, she had to carry them around with her all day. Everyone wished her a happy birthday, even though her birthday is in February. Thats always been one of my favorites, and its nice and fun to do, too!

one time we put corn syrup on the toilet seat. my step father stuck to it.
this year we're a tad tamer, but just as fun. we bought a box a chocolates, opened it up, replaced some of the regular chocolates with XXX ones from the adult store. i picked up a shrink wrap bag and rewrapped the box. it's now on it's way to my mom.
