MelaFix won't help for parasites. Does it look like a worm/piece of string, and have a forked tail at the end? That would be an anchor worm. They come in several colors, here's a photo of a white one:

I don't know about the gill flukes, they're microscopic worms, and you need a microscope to confirm that's what they are. If you're seeing them, then I'd doubt that's what they are.

Sounds like gill flukes to me. They attach mosty on the gills of course, but also at other places with thin skin, few scales and good blood flow, like on the area where the fins meet the flesh of the fish. I would suggest you tret the tank with Clout or another fairly strong parasite medication. Lighter strength medictions like ick treatments or Melefix probably won't kill these guys, they are pretty tough. While some salt in the tank wouldn't hurt, it's not enough to kill this parasite alone, for this you need serious medication.

I think that those are fungus... =(

More specifically maybe:

Chytridiomycota (Chytrids) Fungi

- Most live in water / wet soils
- Many parasitic (animal / plants)
- They usually cover the "skins" of animals such as a frog / fish and "leeches" nutrients... causes rotting of flesh

Take them to the vet, I think the vet will have some food pills for the fish.

This sounds like a form of parasite. You can use RidIck for all parasites Or my favourite...MelaFix. It smells nasty, and is very strong - follow instructions carefully. You can also throw about a table spoon of Non-Iodinized table salt in the water to help with the condition of your fishies skin. (Make SURE it's NON-IODINIZED! it'll say on the label.)

it is a type of disease/fungus that i can not remember the name of at the moment. yes there is a cure for this. Go to your local pet center and look for it, once you figure out the name of the disease/fungus. Also ask a pet person at your local pet center.
