Would I be rejected for not sending an AP score report to colleges like UCLA?

I passed 3 out of 7 exams. On the application for UC schools I specified that. Put I did not an "official" score transcript. So will that affect my acceptance or not at all?

Probably not, but just to be safe, you should send an official score report.

i wouldn't wry too much. as long as you SEND an OFFICIAL SCORE TRANSCRIPT which corresponds with the scores you reported, you'll be fine. don't have to worry bout that until july. although, if you are an engineer major, i might worry a little (it's really competitive and they really do look at everything)
