I'm a 20 year old female that just started my first job. The proper attire is business casual. Can I wear like polo shirts (girls of course) to work? I have a lot of polos that I bought from Aeropostale, American Eagle, and etc. Can I wear them with dress pants?? Is this an appropriate attire??

Look at what the others in the office are wearing. "Business casual" is one of those categories like "semi formal" - it can mean chinos and a dress shirt, or shorts and a Hawaiian shirt, depending on the company.

In most companies the golf shirt would be fine for a casual look, but check out what the other women are wearing (especially the ones in positions that you aspire to) and then dress in a similar style.

Have fun!

As long as those casual attires are comfortable, fitted, enhance your aura , by the use of proper color for office occassions that allow easy movement, you may.

Yes, that should be appropriate. If you are really unsure, dress a little more business like on your first day and observe how your co-workers are dressed.

If you're not sure ask someone you work with, just say you don't want to do the wrong thing. Or look at what other girls are wearing.
