well it's way too early, but if i had to pick, i'd choose USC for now.

Right now I'll take USC over Texas, but watch out for Oklahoma and Oregon. I don't think any of the SEC teams will be at that level, but Tennessee is probably the best of the bunch (and believe me it pains me to say that). The Big 10 will struggle a little because OSU won't be as good, and Michigan has alot to prove. WVU, Rutgers, and Louisville all have to prove that a Big East team can go undefeated and hope that there aren't two other undefeated teams to have any hope of being in the title game.

usc is clearly the favorite in my mind, they return a ton of starters and almost all their key players...they also have things set up favorably because i think that usc is the only team capable of going undefeated in the regular season this year
as for the other teams you mention:
florida is going to be very good no question, but there are too many question marks on defense and we still don't know about tim tebow as the full-time quarterback
wvu is capable, but they play in a conference with two other top 15 or 20 teams and still have a very suspect defense
michigan is also capable, but their defense has holes as well, and they may have a shortage of wide receivers to help out mario manningham if adrian arrington doesn't return to the team
texas is going to be good, but they have a lot of negative momentum to fight after collapsing down the stretch last year, and it remains to be seen whether this team can overcome its defensive losses and if jamaal charles can handle being the number one running back
louisville should have an explosive offense once again, but as is the trend their defense is a question mark, and also it remains to be seen if the new offensive system will affect brian brohm, and they are in the big east with rutgers and wvu
rutgers is going to be a sentimental favorite, but they have to play in the big east which will be tough as ever this year, and also we aren't sure if ray rice can handle an entire workload(remember brian leonard is gone) and if they can find a passing game with mike teel at quarterback
cal is a little overrated in my mind, they have plenty of weapons on offense, but their defense has holes and justin forsett will probably not be what marshawn lynch was at the running back spot...also i'm not sure of how good nate longshore really is
ohio state is a middle of the pack big ten team in my opinion, they will have a great deal of trouble passing the ball allowing defenses to gang up on their running game, so they will need their defense to step up big time if they expect to compete in the big ten

I'd bet on Florida...watch out for Tebow! Plus, Percy and Andre are coming back, and a few notable others
