my boyfriend doesn't know what he should do. He has logistics/warehouse operations/factory sort of experience for the last 12 years.. was thinking about getting more licenses like truck and front end loader and elevated work platforms tickets, and maybe seeing if he can get work in mining. we're in south australia.
i'm wondering what you think he should do, or if theres like any career counsellors or similar people here who could help him because i cant anymore!

He seems like he has alot of experience in his line of work...did he ever think of trying for management? Maybe just a simple supervising course would do it.

check on the hands on training, because the time it takes for school and the price would leave you in a loan and borrow debt for a life time.
