Joe Blow lives his life based on the following principle- "No man is totally useless he can always be used as a horrible example." Joe isn't a leader, although we do follow him out of a morbid sense of curiosity. Recently, Joe has hit rock bottom and is digging like hell. We are electing him as Employee of the Year because of a fear he will go postal if we elect one of the numerous more qualified employees.

______'s dedication to ___companyname___ has been inspiring to say the least. Their commitment to getting the job done right, the first time, every time has made us all work a little harder to keep up. I think ___companyname___ was VERY fortunate on ___employeesdateofhire___, because I can honestly say that ____employeesname__ has made a difference we can all see.
That should at the very least get you started.
Good Luck!
Thank You
