What did you (Dick Cheney) gain by blaming bad intelligence on us (CIA) rather than admitting that you doctored the President's speech ?

I would tell him, I appreciate that he is willing to say what other people are afraid to say. He does not care what other people think about him. He is going to say what he believes and I respect that.
