a tight tummy or flab hanging over the waist band of a girls jeans? I see girls and women of all sizes wearing the low rise jeans and no matter their size there's a roll of skin hanging over the band and their wearing shorter tops I guess to insure it's seen.

No honey, I'm not stupid and I don't have this problem, my waist is 22" and there's not an ounce of flab on me, I work out and take care of my body. I was just curious because I see so much of it out of young women and girls

I guess most don't own a mirror..
I have a 22" waist as well..petite..92 lbs.. & I dress to impress, not to attract attention in a negative way at all...

I think the tight tummy looks better but I know what you mean about small females still having the flab hang over, I think they think it's sexy or something because I see it all the time too.

EWWWW!!! I wonder what people think when they wear low rise jeans and let their guts/butts hang out. That is just beyond repulsive! And the crop tops are so nasty with the fat ensemble...Because of those people, I will buy my clothes 2 sizes too big so I won't show anybody anything that is remotely gross. My shirts hang down to my knees just so I can make sure I'm not one of those!!!

I think the "miffin top" is yucky even on a skinny chick. Can be avoided by buying a slightly larger size pant.
