Take the time, however long and hard a chore it is, to learn to read and write properly. Straight A students read, and read often. Learn how language works and how to use it.

If so, incurigment (lol) is not what you need. But you definitely do need encouragement to school to help you achieve that straight A quality.

If you truly want to be more encouraged (to do whatever it is that you want to be encouraged about...), you should focus on that thing that you want to be better at.
