Please go back and read MY answer again. Batman doesn’t need super powers to be a super hero.
If Batman was penniless, crippled, homely, had no gadgets, no partners and wore a suit with magenta stripes and chartreuse polka dots, he would still be a super hero!

Yes, even though that he have no super powers e have super gadget that can detect enemy or bad people it can also save people like his bat boomerang. He can fly but with the help of his coat or his cape sometimes he use a flying gadget.

Ironman really can't be called a super hero either. He's a drunk with a fancy suit.
