Try getting an acne scrub with salycic acid...try neutrogena, they have some good ones. Maybe you get them there because that's where a lot of the oil accumulates.

well pimples can happen anywhere that you have skin ...but if you touch around your lips alot that could be why you get them in that area ...but por active it really works if you use it ecactly how it says it works really well =)
