My best friend and I are throwing a double birthday party since our birthdays are 8 days apart. The theme is pirates, and we are both turning 17. The party is going to be held in her backyard, where there is a swimming pool. We need some ideas for games.. any ideas?

If you all would be interested in playing a board game after the pool party, the Pirates of the Caribbean version of the Game of Life looks cool. I know that Wal-Mart sells it.

umm lets c monolopy.. then whoever loses.. you should have something like a board.. outside on something high like a table.. and whoever loses has to walk the board
like walking the plank..
Have balloons..
if you have this for ur pool like floatys lil surf boards beach balls lil surf boards..!!
