I'm in my mid 50's, and despite diet and exercise, I can't get my slim, teen body back. I'm not overweight, but I miss being more slender.

I think so. You're not a teen anymore so you'd be a lot happier probably if you didn't spend so much time trying to achieve something that's not likely to happen.

Eat less and keep off of the Alcohol it promotes belly fat! Stay active and eat protein and vegetables and fruit but not 100 lbs of it. Lift weights for the burn

lets face it the older we get the older we look the harder it is to look great hire a personal trainer

It is harder when you get older.

I found martial arts is a great way to tone, and is fun.
