Randy is my favorite, Simon is ok too sometimes, No on Paula, I just don't think she is all that knowledgeable and I never thought she was any kind of singer, but the show probably wouldn't feel right if they got someone else. Like I couldn't see anyone hosting it but Ryan. He is perfect at his job and I just adore him.

1) Simon tells it like it is and that's what I like about him. He's honest! He says what most people won't say to their face...and on TV to boot!!!
2) Randy is a good judge but sometimes I don't always agree with his judgment on the performers.
3) Paula shouldn't even be a judge if you ask me! She never makes sense when she talks! You wonder if she's on something sometimes but I guess that's what Fox likes...a little bit of drama for the ratings.

Paula-she has knowledge and she's sweet and sensitive.
Randy-he's a combination of the other two.
