the more sleep u need? that it's harder to get out of bed?

Ya. That's true for me babe. Sometimes I don't even want to get out of bed after 10 hours of sleep. Cuz I was just feeling too tired and wanted to go back to sleep again. I didn't have this issue when I was younger ;)

Well I'm older so let me see.. Hummmm... Sometimes,
Some days I just don't want to get up. Then there are days where no matter what I just can't sleep. And sometimes I fall asleap quick wake up wide awake about 10 minn before my alarm goes off. I have a friend who is 60 and he needs less sleep than I do. He gets between 4 & 5 hrs a night and he's good to go...So basicly it's up to the indivusial person...

oh yes it is very true.When I was a Bit younger I could go on 5 or 6 hrs of sleep a night with No problem But now that I am 36 work full time and have 3 kids well I need at least 7 &1/2 to 8hrs of sleep.Sometimes even a cat nap.

Yes, It's true especially if you have trouble sleeping, and arthritis makes it harder to get out of bed and move like you used to.

The older I get it seems the less sleep I need.

Yeah, I've heard the opposite - that the older you get, the less sleep you need...

Hmmm...I don't think it's necessarily age...I think it's more of the fact that when you get older, you have to work to provide and have less time for naps.

Sometimes and if the person is lazy,they hate getting up but it depends on that person

No not for me and many oters, however stress WILL make you not want to get up and you won't even know you are stressing.
