What else can I add to this? Thanks in advance.

Aphrodite also had an intimate affair with Dionysus, in addition to Ares. According to a source, Aphrodite and Dionysus had a son named Priapus. Though Priapus inherited the power to encourage fertility, he also inherited the lustful nature of his mother Aphrodite. More importantly, Priapus was “gifted” by Hera with large and ugly genitals that frustrated his ability to participate in sexual activity. This was mainly a punishment to Aphrodite to show that love, or for Aphrodite’s erotic love, needed boundaries and that she was going well beyond any acceptable behavior- especially since she was married to the very well respected Hephaestus.

Here is how I think it would sound better.

The mythological goddess, Aphrodite was very prolific and had many affairs despite her marriage to the very well respected Hephaestus ((SON OF? WOULD THIS HELP TO EXPLAIN HERAS ANGER?))
One of her affairs was with Dionysus((forgot who fathered him but add it because often it explains how it may have angered the other gods)), in addition to Ares god of war.((STATE WHY IT IS IMPORTANT THAT Ares BE MENTIONED? IF NOT IMPORTANT THEN GET RID OF IT)) According to lore; Aphrodite and Dionysus had a son named Priapus. Priapus inherited his mothers sexual appetite and the power to encourage fertility.Hera punished Aphrodite by giving Priapus large and ugly genitals that frustrated him and made it difficult to participate in sexual activity. This was mainly to punish Aphrodite and show her that promiscuity and infidelity is wrong.

I did all caps so you could see my notes better. I was not yelling. You are really lacking alot of info on heredity and how it may have caused hera anger. If you would like me to proof read
again let me know.

Hephaestus once put a spell on a bed; while her and Ares were having sex, chains went around them. Hephaestus brought all of Mt Olympus to see. Pretty humiliating.
