We are trying to conceive this month and have been trying everyday since my period ended. Is it really bad to do this? When we got pregnant with DD, unplanned, we were "trying" everyday. I have never been on birth control and we are young and dont have any medical problems. Im just all of a sudden worried that this month wont be the month. Please no stupid responses just helpful knowledge or advice. Oh and according to the charts I am fertile starting tomorrow through Saturday or so.

➔ Trying to Conceive
I know I need to try when I am fertile. I just wanted to make sure it was ok to continue going everyday. My intent was to "try" everyday until either my period came or I was pregnant.

No, its not bad at all to have sex everyday unless your partner has a problem with his sperm count, by all means, have all the sex you want! But, it is important to realize that you only need to have sex during a few crucial days of each month. These are the days you ovulate, and unfortunately, you could have sex 29 days out for a 30-day cycle and still miss ovulation. Timing, not repetitiveness, is important.
There are Pros and Cons to having sex every day around ovulation:
Pros: sex every day & sperm may have more motility (because they are 'newer')
Cons: sex every day & sperm count may not be as high

My husband and I have tried for the last three months to conceive. We started out trying every night. When that didn't work we tried every other night, and then every three nights. We are the parents of two healthy boys and we were trying for that girl. It didn't happen. The only things bad that I've heard about trying every night is that it lowers the sperm count. We didn't have any problems getting pregnant with the boys, but now seems like it's a problem. It may have something to do with the fact that I am 28 and my baby just turned 6 today. My advice to you is just don't worry. Keep on trying right through your fertile time. Just because the charts say you're fertile doesn't mean that they are right. You could ovulate early or late. Just keep trying and it will happen soon. Good Luck!!!

Your husband is constantly producing sperm. Millions are produced every day so there is a steady supply. However, when they are first produced, the sperm are not mature and ready to do the swimming required to get to the egg. Sperm spend a bit of time in a sort of "kiddie pool," growing and becoming stronger. If you have sex every day, or if your husband masturbates on the days you don't have sex, he'll be ejaculating a larger amount of these immature sperm, making it less likely that the sperm will be strong enough to fertilize your egg. From what I've read, an extra day gives the sperm the time to mature and get really good at swimming. Try having sex every other day or so if you want to keep to a schedule, but mostly just relax and don't make sex into a chore. Good luck!

in my view, what well-being care expert could assist you recognize that the possibility is extra advantageous in case you have intercourse two times an afternoon on a daily basis? it is not even truly logical. Sperm has to mature to have the skill to swim and fertilize the egg. in case you want to advance your possibilities, have intercourse the different day, perhaps each and every now and then a pair of days in a row. Sperm for an accepted guy can stay to tell the story a minimum of three days interior you. 40 8 hours for specific. Sperm travels each and each of ways up into your tubes waiting for an egg to fertilize. If or once you ovulate, you will desire to have clean slippery, stretchy, egg white like discharge. you will possibly not have it come out of you, so that's truly helpful to earnings for your self with the finger approach so which you would be able to appreciate that it is your day...

Even the best planned pregnancies do not occur when we would like them to, due to any number of circumstances. If the male is tired, his sperm count may be down.Often the stress of ' trying' to become pregnant can prevent it. The sooner you ' relax' and just go with the flow- the sooner it will happen. And remember about 84% of pregnancies are surprises-

Refer to the question about incompatibility with sperm. I asked in this thread today. I wish more people can help answer my question.
You can try everyday, but if there is something wrong with your body or blockage or if the vaginal fluid is hostile towards the sperm, then no use. Anyway, good luck.

Try every second day around the time you ovulate. It produces better quality and better quantity of sperm.
Good luck
