Everyone plays their card. The "white card" really isn't as effective as the "brown card" or the "female card." If you're a white male, suddenly you find that your opinion isn't as valid as that of a woman or someone from another race. We've all got our persecution drum to beat, so singling out white people is laughable at best.

Don't you think that these are just easy ways of grouping people into a category, so that you can generalize and anticipate their behavior patterns?

If you ask a "white" person to give a description of themselves, I doubt that a high percentage of people would list "white" as a trait. Although, there has been an increase in "black" pride in recent years that continues to divide people (in the US) and decrease the amount of true diversity among the whole.

It may be due to the fact that the Latin community comes in several different "colors".

Some look like White Americans. Some look like Black Americans. Some look unique, ergo tan Americans.

Because a lot of people are more comfortable putting people in to boxes. I get what you're saying. Myself: half Irish, quarter Italian, quarter polish/Lithuanian. Very pale! But not white.

What in the world are you trying to say? Who is hiding behind the white color? I'm Caucasian but I don't hide behind it and I am not really white, kind of a tannish.

Someday, obviously years from now, you'll possess the literacy capabilities of an adult and then perhaps I'll respond to you as such. Meanwhile, it's bedtime for you....kindergarten starts early tomorrow.

The White/Caucasian race has MANY shades. If you mean "Nordic" that is different. Nordic is strictly blond and strictly N. European (it excludes celts, and finns).

I haven't noticed any white people doing this. Do you have any examples?

White is not a color, it is technically a shade.
